If products/goods bought from Kandere seem faulty upon delivery, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact Kandere immediately. Moreover, being the consumer, you are eligible for a replacement within 30 days after receiving defective items.
Besides, you will be responsible for any fees if it is mandatory to pay at the time of returning goods to us. Also, you will be responsible for the goods until they reach our warehouse. Please wrap your package carefully as it can help you protect the boxes or items from any kind of damage. Though, we don’t take responsibility if any items get damaged or lost from you during return.
You must return/refund and exchange your orders within 14 days of receipt. And, Kandere is not responsible for return postage fees.
For security/hygiene reasons, we don’t offer a refund or allow you to return pierced jewelry.

You must visit the “Contact Us” section of the website if you wish to return products to us, but make sure you should complete this process within 14 days of receiving the products. You will get a confirmation email if your request to return a product gets accepted by us. However, it is necessary to attach a copy of this confirmation email, mainly if you want to return the products to us.
You must return your products in the same condition. It should not be used, damaged, or soiled.
We have the right to inspect all returned products before issuing a refund. You may return the product at your expense, and based on the inspection, we may refuse to offer a refund.
You are responsible for the return delivery charges because Kandere is not concerned about stolen, lost, or damaged return deliveries.
Based on the evaluation and approval of your returned products, we will send you a confirmation email that your refund has been issued.
You can make refunds from us if they are equal to the cost of the product only. This will exclude original delivery charges. Note that you will get refunds when the product is returned successfully.
Apart from it, all refunds will be issued through the same payment method that you used to buy the products. You can experience delays, and this can happen due to your bank. However, you can contact us anytime if you have not received your refund within 21 days. On the other hand, we will also inform you when your refund has been issued.
