How do I Change/Cancel my Order?

For this, you can directly contact us through the support ticket and request for order cancellation or make modifications to your order. Make sure we are unable to cancel or amend your order once it has entered the shipping process.

Return Policy

Kandere cares for its business and strives to be transparent at all times. Based on our honesty, we have specially created the Refunds and Returns Policy to help you be aware of our rules and regulations for order returns and refunds.

If items purchased from Kandere are found to be defective upon delivery, it is the responsibility of our customers, and they have to inform us immediately. At Kandere, we help our customers replace their faulty goods within 10 days of the period. However, we do not give any guarantee of wear and tear and if the product gets damaged by you intentionally.

While returning goods to Kandere, you may have to pay fees until they arrive at our warehouse. Also, you must take care of the package at the time of return and protect all the items or boxes from any damage. As, we are not responsible for anything that is lost in transit or returned to us in error.

Important Note:

All returns/refunds and replacements must be made within 3-4 working days of receipt. At Kandere, we don't take responsibility for the postage fees.

For Non-returnable products

For safety reasons, Kandere does not accept refunds on pierced jewelry. We have a certain policy and we bide to follow the rules and regulations.

Introducing Your Rights to Get a Refund

You have the right to return or exchange your orders/purchases to kandere within 3-4 working days of receiving the item. You will be qualified for a refund or exchange for the broken or defective products.

You are entitled to a refund or exchange but don’t forget to submit a ticket with:

  • Items/products you are going to return.
  • The original order number.
  • The reason for the refund request or claim.

    Details for Product Returns

    If the jewelry is broken or defective, it is qualified for our return policy.  For product returns, you must inform us through the “Contact Us” section available on our website within 3-4 working days of receiving the products from us. After that, we will decide whether we have to accept the return request or not. However, after accepting your return requests, we will notify you via email. Similarly, you may have to attach a copy of this confirmation email while returning any product to us.

    Condition of returned items

    We accept the items and allow you to return the product if it is not used/worn/soiled, or damaged. Before taking returns of our products or before providing refunds, we reserve the right to inspect all the details of the returned products. As a result, we may either refuse to offer you a refund or help you return the product at your expense.

    Return delivery charges

    We are not responsible for return delivery charges, and we don’t take any guarantee if the product gets stolen, lost, or damaged during return.

    Refunds Assistance

    After evaluating the condition of the returned items, you will get a confirmation mail regarding refund approval. You will be entitled to receive a full refund based on the actual product cost, excluding shipping charges. Besides, to get refunds, you have to return our products first. In addition, we will issue your refunds using the same payment method that you used for purchasing the products with us. In case of bank issues, you may experience delays in the return process. However, if you don’t get a return from us within 3-4 working days, you can contact us to obtain information about your refund and resolve your issue.

    Delay in Delivery

    Due to the holiday season / Covid 19 / Other Unavoidable Situation delivery time can be increased. We will surely attempt to deliver the product promptly.
